Cara Delevingne was celebrating in serious style at the 2014 British Fashion Awards having picked up the Model award at the glitzy ceremony.

And Delevingne, who featured on the winners list alongside Emma Watson and Victoria Beckham, made the most of her victory by changing into a LPD - Little Party Dress - for the celeb-studded after party.

Cosying up to pal and fellow model Jourdan Dunn, Delevingne made faces as she posed for pictures inside the after party.

The star slipped out of her glitzy Burberry gown and into a slinky Tom Ford mini, complete with nipple detail, (as you do), keeping her slicked back do and smokey eyes from earlier.

Cara isn't the first star to wow in one of Ford's daring boob-baring designs, with BOTH Rihanna and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley selecting a similar, full-length version at events earlier this year.
